Women Leading Change Through Community Service in Manatee County
The Junior League of Manatee County (JLMC) is a nonprofit women’s leadership and volunteer organization dedicated to making a meaningful impact in Manatee County, Florida. Through community service projects, volunteer opportunities, and civic engagement initiatives, we empower women to serve, lead, and strengthen the neighborhoods we call home.

The Junior League of Manatee County is an organization of women whose mission is to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training.

Community Impact in Manatee County

JLMC works to address pressing local needs through hands-on volunteer service and community programs. Some of our initiatives include:

Food security programs like Kids in the Kitchen and Snacks in Schools that help fight childhood hunger and encourage healthy eating.
